Stunning apartment in beautiful Lucca! Clean, spacious and wonderful. Perfect location within the walled city of Lucca. The host, David ensured that all our need were met during our stay. I only wish we had more time there! Arrivederci!

A lovely large apartment in a great location

Wonderful apt filled with antiques, airy and clean, close to all the sights and great restaurants…Luca is a gem and we love our stay!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Dimora Leone! David was a perfect host - he picked us up in the rain at the train station, made sure we were comfortable and understood how everything worked, and left complimentary snacks, pasta, and wine for us to enjoy during our stay. The property was absolutely gorgeous- it felt like we were staying in an Italian palace. It was clean and well-maintained, clasically decorated, and had a working piano (my family are musicians). It was conveniently located to everything within the walled city and only a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. If we are in Lucca again, I hope we can stay here.

I cannot say enough about David's home -it is breathtakingly gorgeous and enormous. You feel like you are living in a Rococo masterpiece. Pictures are good but place is even better. The location is perfect for walking everywhere you'd want to go in Lucca. David was very proactive and met us w his kind son, giving us a big bag of biscotti and a yummy bottle of Chianti and even slippers!!!! He let us in early w/out a problem. We have stayed in a lot of airbnbs all over the world...and my family all agreed this one was our best. All was well stocked and felt more elegant than any other place we've been in before. The book shelf is also frozen in time. We will tell every friend who asks about our trip to pick Lucca and this home!

What a wonderful experience. Spacious, beautiful and historic. Our family completely enjoyed our time here. When visiting a national museum palace my daughter exclaimed "this looks like my home". Highly recommended!

An incredible apartment....beyond our expectations. We wished we could have stayed longer...we absolutely did not want to leave...5* plus plus !!! David is also the perfect meet & greet....definitely book David for the 5* airport pickup and drop off. We will be back 😊

Se potessi metterei 10 stelle! Nell'appartamento Dimora Leone non manca niente e tutto è curato con eleganza e stile. La cucina è attrezzata benissimo, abbiamo fatto colazione nella grande tavola e il proprietario David, ci aveva lasciato dei biscottini tipici lucchesi molto buoni. Io ho dormito nella camera patronale, immersa nella storia fra mobili di antiquariato, affreschi e stucchi. Belli e molto puliti anche i bagni e la grande sala dove è possibile trascorrere il tempo comodamente. Infine, non posso non segnalare la maestosità del pianoforte nella grande camera. Stupendo!
